I purchased my 2012 Mini Cooper through the Vault Automotive Collection in Feb. 2024. I had a great two and a half months with the car...before the JBE module/junction box failed and the vehicle would no longer start. There was a leak in the passenger side window; this is where the JBE module is located (the passenger footwell). It all started well until I booked an appointment to view and test drive the F150 I was interested in. I experienced the worst customer care at The Vault ! This put me off so much I decided to take a drive down Keele to AutoPluto where I got the best customer service. Amir was very helpful indeed and he assisted me to get the car I wanted. I will never recommend The Vault. I won’t mention the salesman’s name though. If you judge people by race, being a salesman is not your type of job!
I purchased a used car at The Vault and the entire experience was awesome. The knowledgeable staff took the time to determine what we needed and helped to find me the right car within my budget quickly. GianPaolo set me up with a great deal on financing, warranty, and a set of winter tires. These guys offer great customer service, and honesty which is hard to find these days when buying a vehicle. We will definitely be returning here for our next vehicle!
We bought an 07 Mini Cooper S and car has been great and the service even better. The team is knowledgeable and honest and always willing to help and provide advice and after sales services. I would definitely recommend them and buy another car from The Vault!
