I couldn’t help to not review. The place is definitely historical , enough that kitchen , groomsman’s room bridesmaids rooms have no air we never got a fridge with drinks at all !grooms man got a cooler with mole old beers. Not every outlet works power needs fixing . Bartenders were great until manager would go back there and water down drinks complaints about bar and manager the whole night was unbelievable. This place is the worst! I had my 50th birthday party here last year and I'm still triggered when I see or hear about The Vault. I got so many complaints from my guests about different things, I was embarrassed that I chose the venue. I feel my biggest disappointment in the venue stems from I was supposed to get a $200 refund from the Vault and after several attempts, to include emails, text messages to a staff member as well as phone calls, I had to come to the realization that I will not see my $200.00 again. So, so sad.
