Impressively quick, in and out in a jiffy. The whole procedure felt like it lasted lest than 15 mins and didn't hurt one bit. Even nearly a week on, I can barely feel it. Highly recommended. I'd say I'd do it again, but it's a once in a lifetime experience 😆

If you’re done filling the team roster at home, this is your go-to. No regrets—just ice packs and peace of mind.
