Katie and Dr Dick Beatty were both exceptional to deal with. From the moment I walked in Katie was well prepared and quick to action making me feel like a valued client. Dr was also a pleasure to deal with and made me feel comfortable during what can be an awkward interaction.

Great experience, went in nervous as most would but was quickly relaxed from a conversation with Katie at the desk. Procedure with Dr Dick Beatty was smooth easy and quick, super easy and no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Great job from everyone thank you for making it such an easy experience with as little pain as could be.
Has the procedure a few weeks ago. Great staff and made me feel at ease before the procedure.
