Great experience, went in nervous as most would but was quickly relaxed from a conversation with Katie at the desk. Procedure with Dr Dick Beatty was smooth easy and quick, super easy and no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Great job from everyone thank you for making it such an easy experience with as little pain as could be.
Has the procedure a few weeks ago. Great staff and made me feel at ease before the procedure.

Awesome experience in comparison to what I was expecting! Dr did a great job making it feel less daunting and assisted in reducing any anxious thoughts/feelings. 10/10 would recommend for any other clients
I was pretty nervous about getting the procedure done but straight away receptionist/nurse Katie made me feel at ease and was really great. Once in the room with Dr Dick Beatty it all went smoothly and he's really good at keeping you calm and being efficient with the procedure. 1day Post procedure and I don't have any pain or discomfort.
