Dr Dick Beatty provides an amazing service. Very warm and welcoming reception staff upon arrival. Very prompt and on time. Dr Beatty explained the process and made time to answer any questions I had. The procedure itself was very fast and completely painless. Post surgery was excellent and care instructions were explained very clearly and simply. Everyone I know recommended Dr Dick Beatty and I can see why.
I was a tad nervous the day of my procedure but once I walked in and was greeted the staff made me feel at ease. I have ASD/ADHD so was naturally a tad overwhelmed but Dr Beatty was very assuring and he did a great job of not only the procedure but he explained everything clearly and in plain terms prior to the procedure and we had a great conversation.
