My doctor used there own form to order the test. They did what they wanted despite me saying this does not seam like the right test for my torn calf muscle. I asked, "can you please call or ask my doctor and ask" if this is right they said it is was without calling. After the results came in and I returned to primary care she told me they had done the wrong test and even used there offices personal forms to do so and showed the form to me...later in the mail i got a past do collections notice from this office with never a du... read more
