Overall my partner and I are very satisfied with the work from the Vartazarian Law Firm team. Our case did take a while (10 months) but the wait was worth it. I especially enjoyed working with Lina Ruiz who was very helpful, supportive, and responsive.

I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the service provided by your office, specifically regarding Heather, who is the contact person to my husband's case. It has been two years, and we still have no clarity on the status of our case. Heather’s lack of responsiveness and poor customer service have been unacceptable.
