Not thrilled. Tried to cancel my appointment at 23 hours and 10 minutes yesterday because I was working all day without a break and couldnt call, and I was told I cant cancel. Couldnt call Monday because I was working until 7 without a break and they were closed. I just started going to see Michael at Varsity. I have to say he has been amazing. Our first meeting we sat and he asked me a bunch of questions to make a treatment plan. This eased the anexity of trying something to new. eing my first time he also explain how everything would feel before he put a needle in.
