Stain is amazing! Although I have had a great experience everytime.
Can't say much for how they cut hair because appointments mean nothing at this shop. They let my family sit there for over 20 minutes past our appointment time while they helped another family first without saying a word to us. No explanation, no communication. And the music was so loud and obnoxious, I felt like I was in a Mexican nightclub. The only time anyone said anything to us is when we left; we got a half a$$ "sorry about that" which tells me they knew exactly what they were doing. Won't be coming back here.
