I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to where I live... but the first time I came in there was an older guy and a younger guy working there that day. The younger guy was rushing around, trying to help all the customers, while the older guy stood there chatting with someone that was clearly a friend and not a customer. They picked up and immediately hung up 2x when I tried to call from my home phone. Tried from my cell phone and a guy picked up. I asked to speak to the owner to report how they were acting and the guy was very annoyed and just said "no" when I asked for the owner or manager. When I asked him who was in charge, he said "no one, we are all just tenants." then hung up on me again.
