They would rather loose customers than replace a $3 defective part they sold a day earlier. They sell cheap DK chinese liquid packaged as their brand at $6.99 that can be purchased online for less than $2. They claim "original manf equipment" but don't tell you that the "original" stole the idea and produce the EXACT product as the other chinese manufacturers.
