Robert has been my go to for all vaping needs. I've been vaping for just shy of a year and still know basically nothing about it. He's helped me with my old mod and when I was having trouble with it, he tested it and determined it was bad. He helped me pick out a new one and has been helping me understand how to use it (good juices, bad juices, coils, etc) since. Everyone is SUPER friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to go back for any of my vaping needs! Highly recommend!
Went in today to finally pick up the Smok Alien I've been eyeballing for a few weeks. They didn't have the color I wanted at the Lawrenceville location, so the manager drove to the other store in Snellville to get me one while I had lunch next door. Unparalleled customer service. Super helpful and professional when it comes to all my rookie vaper questions.
