The vantage group has been great to work with. I live out of town so I have handed over responsibility of my property to them. They have placed well qualified tenants, communicate with them, collect rent, and do everything else necessary to care for and manage my property. I would highly recommend them to any other landlord in search of a management team.
They treat you good at 1st, but they would take your next door neighbor word and they also lie on you and about returning your deposit and.. I recommend you not to rent through them, And Loren will definitely lie
