Vannessa was a referral from a book club connection, and she and her team (Francesca) were an absolute delight to work with! We were purchasing a condo from a different state, and they made sure we knew the laws, the nuisances etc. They are extremely thorough and made sure our I's were dotted and Ts were crossed for all submissions, paperwork and signatures! When you can trust like this it makes the hectic real estate purchase that much better!
