Upon booking my appointment I was not given or informed of this salons polices. I asked for color correction and a lived-in blonde highlight look and showed an inspo picture. I did not receive what I was asking for and now have fried hair and have to see a master colorist to have my hair fixed since it is worse than it was when I came here. This salon does not issue any type of refund either. They do offer to try again or fix it but I don’t think anyone would want that after getting a bad result the first time. I had the absolute best first experience with trutsting someone else to do my hair. And let me tell you shaylah will forever be the person I go to for my hair care. She was just absolutely amazing in every single way and her work is amazing! She took my homemade damaged disaster and turned it into an amazing miracle! I did not get the color I wanted/asked for. It didn't look right when it dried and the color I did get only held for 2 weeks. The old color needed removed, dialed down with a different, color combo(I'm not the expert, but I know the color I wanted couldn't just be added onto the color I had) She talked like she knew what to do, but what I got was the same washed out color I hated, no color change from what I walked in with, just a brighter tone for 2ish weeks, and a shag cut! 6 inches of my hair was ruined with a razor cut i... read more
