Really poor experience. 2 different conflicting consults prior to service. Wanted picture did not at all match results. In fact, I even tried to prevent breakage by recommending they remove my foils as I knew I had been processed at least 45 minutes at the crown of my head, maybe an hour. AT THAT POINT, I was asked to sign a consent form releasing them from any serious damage done and which states I would have 3 days to return and fix any issues. That was a backwards process.
