Dr. Nelson's team is exceptionally helpful and it's hard to maybe get a hold of them at first, but they will help you when you reach them. So keep trying
I have been trying to schedule my surgery appointment and I have left several voicemails and no one has answered my calls or called me back I am very frustrated with the customer service
Very nice and helpfull care team
Plenty of parking, clean, quiet and a central check-in which is absolutely great! As with the other TVC clinics, there was minimum wait time from arrival to departure and staff that cares.
