The sleep center apparently will make you wait 5-6 months for a test, and then mid test invalidate it because you didn’t do something nobody ever explained to you. The response I got was “well didn’t the doctor tell you” and I’d like to know how I’m supposed to remember an offhand comment from 6 months ago. Nothing in the instructions or the direction of the technicians ever indicated I did anything incorrect and then suddenly mid test the next morning (day 2 of testing 2 hours in) they pull the probes off of me and send me ... read more
The Vancouver clinic in town are very good. I don't appreciate the phone service when asking questions. Many times the call center for United Health Care is foreign people who repeatedly use my formal name over & over, not understanding that I asked them to use my nickname. I had some confusion signing up with The Vancouver Clinic at first. It's very good now. Easy to get into my primary care dr quickly.

I have been going to Vancouver clinic now for over a decade and have had no issues. However, in the last 6 months I have had such a problem with getting proper help over the phone. I would not recommend Vancouver clinic solely on the fact that it takes a minimum of 8 calls to get a semi solid answer from the clinic. It’s impossible to get ahold of my doctors office and when I do get lucky, they somehow cannot pull up any information on my last 8 calls requesting a simple prior authorization. Called ahead to tell them I was running late and specifically asked if it was going to be too late to come since this location was 30 minutes away. They said 10 minutes late would ok. When I got there 8 minutes late I checked in ASAP and went straight to the suite. Even though I arrived to check in suite by 8 minutes after and was completing the paperwork provided, the provider Taylor Wright, PT came up to me in the waiting room at 11:12 and told me it was 11:12 and now too late to be seen for a 45 minute appt and she would ... read more
