When we get older vehicles like this on trade, we can only go by what the person that traded it in has told us. Obviously we wouldn't sell a vehicle with a rolled back odometer and invite the client back in so that we can remedy this situation. We aren't in the business to look for ways to do business like this. We will do our best to make this right for the client.
They sold a car with a known mechanical flaw causing it to be undrivable
