Long read……… So I decided to buy a BMW a few months ago. Upon driving home the washer jets didn't work (but just had a new MOT, no advisories)........ The heating fan was making a loud noise, stopped working the next day. Also noticed a juddering when accelerating. I bought a beautiful RR Sport and requested a sizeable discount as I was exporting the car and did not have need for the warranty of which was accepted by both parties as sold as seen However after buying the vehicle and prior to exporting I noticed some defects which needed repairs, I informed Jay of this purely for his information accepting their was with no legal obligation on their part, and to my surprise he offered to refundme £1,000 for my inconvenience. A truly honourable act, thanks Jay.
