I brought a Tesla model 3 on line without viewing, the garage sent me photos and videos and even delivered the car for free. The parking sensors had an issue but they paid for it to be repaired at Tesla, no issues. I would highly recommend this garage, great communication and service!
Long read……… So I decided to buy a BMW a few months ago. Upon driving home the washer jets didn't work (but just had a new MOT, no advisories)........ The heating fan was making a loud noise, stopped working the next day. Also noticed a juddering when accelerating. Emailed, took it back the following working day, washer jets and heating fixed within a few days. Car was dropped of to a local BMW ‘specialist’, for me to then be told the juddering was normal.
