Excellent service. Cleaning and tune up of fireplace was thorough and instructions for maintenance were very helpful.
Mike was great: he was true with his estimate; came on time; did a thorough repair job on my heatalator (he is the only one in the area who is familiar with heatalators); completely cleaned the chimney & fireplace; performed a complete test when he finished; answered all my questions & even provided direction and advice on use. I highly recommend The Valley Fireplace.
Contacted Valley Fireplace to inquire about converting our wood fireplace to gas insert. What a fantastic job they did from initial contact through the installation!! Michael provided exceptional service. He responded promptly to initial call, scheduled appointment for estimate and provided a written estimate the same day.
