Received a shallac manicure. The owner is very kind and has the best intentions. She is very friendly and has a well organized office in her home. Unfortunately she made many errors that are atypical from someone who should be experienced in nails. The shellac removal took long, about double the time it normally takes. She didn’t know how properly remove to the gel manicure I had on. She forgot to soak my nails during the manicure part of the session. The worst part were the final results.
