Fun place to play games and have fun with the kids. The mini bowling was awesome funny. Ganes are good.
Great place to bring the kid's while the adults can enjoy some refreshments
I didn't like the pricing, way too expensive. Staff was lazy gave me a lot of passive aggressive behavior when asked simple questions. Just not it for a local. You get one better deal at fun factory
You cannot get ahold of anybody at the ValleyAlley reception and the Westin front desk isn't any help either.
We have been stuck at our hotel for days given the weather. Chris (the manager) and his whole team worked nonstop to help guests and their kids. The arcade was swamped with unexpected levels of people but they made it work with poise and patience. Bravo!
