I accompanied my wife, who is pregnant, to her dental appointment, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The dentist appeared rushed, displayed impatience, and showed an unnecessary attitude that left my wife feeling disheartened. At such a sensitive time, compassion and professionalism are essential, but unfortunately this was lacking. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and ensures pregnant patients — and all patients — are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
Exceptional service from the Dental Practice. Special mention to Hygenist Eesha and Nurses Sam & Megan who took great care in the service they provided me today. Good communication, which is key in undestanding and complying with their advice and recommendations. Well done ladies.
