Had an appointment at the clinic at 10:30am. The receptionist tried calling me twice at 9:20am but didn’t leave a message. I tried to call back twice but couldn’t get through. When I arrived at 10:30, I was told the doctor wouldn’t be in until 11:30am. I rescheduled to a 2pm telehealth appointment, and by 3:10pm I still hadn’t received any contact from the doctor. The wait times are awful. Make an appointment and be ready to wait at least 2 hours to be seen! Never going back again!
I arrived 10 mins early for my first and last appointment at this clinic, and at that point was the only person in the waiting room. My appointment time came and went, and someone who arrived after me was taken through before me. In the mean time, 3 other people arrived. The other patient left... and I could hear the doctor make a phone call. Dr Andre is very knowledgeable and caring person solved my many years of issues. Both Drs are very thorough and wonderful. Thanks to Dr. Andre’s expertise and genuine care, I felt confident with his treatment who truly cares about each patient’s well-being
I’ve been going to this doctor for years now and am fuming with the near 2 hour wait I had for a Telehealth call (which I had to actually had to take the initiative to call the receptionist twice for today). The doctor didn’t seem to have the time to take much interest in my health which shows in a 2 maybe 3minute call. Didn’t have my file ready, and got my birthdate wrong 3 times. At this point I’m annoyed, not happy and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
