On the first floor small space just for taking shoes off, bedrooms are on the third floor, very small, you can put there only a bed, no table or some other furniture. Overall inconvenient project. Schools are bad, attached apartments, no even tiny piece of land, high HOA which includes nothing, no fitness, no pool. 1M+ for all those, no thanks!
