We had a rag stuck in our vacuum and we were about ready to throw the vacuum away. We were in the Chicago area from Michigan and thought we would give the Vac Shop a try. The initial attempt to extract the rag failed so we decided to leave the part and pay to have the part disassembled and then shipped. Ten minutes after leaving the shop we got a call that a second attempt to extract the rag without disassembling the part had been successful. We turned around and got the part!! The great service was much appreciated.
