This used to be a 5 star review. Been coming to Roger for years, and trusted him implicitly. But ever since he took on a partner and expanded, both the frequency and cost of repairs has skyrocketed and inflation doesn't explain it because I'm constantly being told after paying for a full diagnostic that if I make certain expensive repairs, that this should be it for a while, but then I’m back in the shop 3 months later being told the same exact thing. Amazing service from the V shop. Had my car fixed in lass than 24 hours I was back on the road. Fair prices and great communication. I have finally found my mechanic in South Florida and I will absolutely never trust anyone else with my cars going forward!!!!!!
I went to this Vshop about 6 times to fix a roof leak. They made me spend A diagnostics fee where they didn’t even find the problem. I spent about $3,000 to fix a leak that is still not fixed. And they would’ve even refund the diagnostics fee since my problem is not fixed and I still have to take it somewhere to get fixed.
