Came here to see a car that we saw on an app. We didn't call ahead. Went in, we weren't welcomed and the guy there just stared at us. I had to start the conversation. He told us they sold the car. Didn't even asked us if we wanted to see other cars. Was looking for cars in the same app and the car still shows that is available. Gave 2 stars because the guys on the back were nicer than than him.
UPDATE: Passive Aggressive/Petty replies to negative customer reviews might make you feel better, but do absolutely nothing for your business. Do Better Just go to CARVANA - I had initially called in to inquire about an offer for my vehicle (2013 BMW 5 Series) clean title, average milage, excellent condition. Unfortunately, I was told they had to inspect my vehicle before providing a quote. My vehicle had been in storage for about a year (since covid) and needed a new battery so I installed one myself. They told me 10-14 days to sell my car, that turned into 3 months. And when they finally sold it, I got $200 less than agreed upon price with no explanation. Your really at their mercy once you sign a contract. Would not recommend.
Really enjoyed doing business with Bobby and Dylan at the Car Club. I've bought from big franchise stores before, there's nothing like buying from a locally owned and operated owner. Set some time aside when you go by, these guys love cars and love talking cars. Set 3 hours aside if you happen to run into Jimmy!
