My appointment with Dr. Guju was the result of me coming to Fairfield when I was actually scheduled to be in Middletown. Dr. Guju had an afternoon time available and I came back to Fairfield instead of going to Middletown. The scheduler did not verbally tell me the appointment with Dr. Broughton was in Middletown and unfortunately I did not detect that in follow-up messages because I have always gone to Fairfield.
