You are just a number, the doctors don't know you from the next patient. When you call it sounds like you are getting a call center. The surgery center you feel like you are on a conveyor belt...you with many others...called in, surgery, sent out. Crazy.
Went to one of their doctors but didn't particularly care for him so I called to make appointment with another of their doctors. Whoever answered the phone didn't seem too happy about this but told me they would call me back to make another appointment. Never did receive the call.
Was sent there because there was blood in my urine and I had pain in the kidney area. The doctor was very unfriendly and impersonal. Was sent for a CT scan. Someone from the office called me and said no stones were found. Go back to your primary doctor. It didn't seem like they cared at all.
