So many issues with communication. So tough to talk to a person and when you do, they transfer you to someone's voice mail. I have called 3 separate times and left messages and have never heard back from them. The initial appointment went well and the Dr. seemed to really care and listened to my issues. That part was great, but trying to get a follow up appointment to pursue treatment has been extremely frustrating.
I should have learned my lesson from last years experience, but I thought I'd change doctors within this organization, and change location and things would be different. I was wrong, while I think the doctor is better, they still have staff that are poorly trained, and execute poorly. It took them 8 days to send an order to the hospital so I could schedule a CT Scan. Dr Davies is an exceptional Urologist. He is professional, honest and knows how to take care of his patients. I would highly recommend.
They open a location close to my home, but they still make me drive all the way to 90th location for tests and visits. Not sure the point of having another location if its not available to patients.
Exorbitantly expensive.
