My name is James Gargiulo. I had a multiple level cage fusion that was performed by Dr. Bauman and Dr. Tomak November 12, 2013. I understand that this was a ten to eleven hour surgery because of all the damage to my back. Before I had the surgery, I was getting to the point of not being able to walk that well because of excruciating pain to my back and legs.
