Leanne was the only one responsive over the winter when the other exterior painters went off to hibernate. They're qualified to paint at height - which we didn't wind up needing but their credentials got them in the door. Last time we painted the exterior we hired a neighbourhood dude with a ladder, and it all peeled. Urban Palette painted in early July = 4 months ago, it all still looks great.
