Had The Urban Palette paint my house this fall and was very happy with the whole experience. The painters were super courteous and patient. They took their time to ensure that everything was just perfect. Leanne was also a pleasure to deal with. She was very accommodating to my schedule and also ensured that everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a good quality painting crew!

Lacks professionalism and attention to detail. Just before the pandemic I got a quote from the owner for $2500. I included a video to be quoted and included all the rooms , closets , etc. Since the pandemic occured I paused this project. After the pandemic she then came physically to the unit and all of a sudden the price went up to $4000 citing the baseboards are unique. Some back and forth we agreed on a price. I honestly can’t say enough great things about Leanne. When I renovated my kitchen a couple of years ago, she did a fantastic job so it was a no brainer to call her up again. What separates her from others is she really does CARE about the work she does. This is obvious not only in the end results (which are amazing btw!)...but even just in your interactions with them.
