Urban Athlete and Dr. Jardine have been instrumental in my recovery. I have received great treatment and feel like I have a 'team' behind me; they inspire confidence. I would highly recommend their services.

I just had my first Stretch Therapy session with Ry The Stretch Guy and it was excellent! Ryan is a thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional practitioner who stretches the major areas in the body using gentle pressure, pulls and resistance. Also the space at The Urban Athlete is bright , clean, well-laid out, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience.
