Time is money. This company said they would arrive between 7:30am-8:30am. Our family organized our day to accommodate the tree service people. They sent the wrong crew, they sent the crew that grinds the stumps once things have been cut. We received no phone call on the mix up, no phone call as to the delay as it was now 9:05 am and nobody has called and no crew has arrived. We used The Urban Arborist for the first time today in trimming all the overgrown trees in our front yard, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Jason has an amazing crew of arborists who are truly passionate about their work. Not only were Tyya and Vee knowledgeable, efficient, and amazingly tidy, but also a real great pleasure to interact with. I contacted Urban Arborist to assist with pruning my Japanese maple . Jason came by to examine the tree and not only did he provide a detailed estimate he also gave useful tips on caring for the health of the tree . The team that came by to prune the tree was very professional and cleaned up the leaves after pruning . The invoicing process and communication was timely and prompt also helped secure a nearby cedar with an arborist tie. All in all a very professional team start to finish and will be using them annually .

The crew arrived on time and began work promptly. Great care was taken to ensure minimal disruption to adjacent gardens and all debris was removed. I'm most pleased with the amazing transformation of our very overgrown bushes to ones that finally had shape and form. The pair of "Bushwhackers", as I jokingly called them, were very pleasant, enduring my dreadful jokes, and were most professional in all aspects of the work being done. Excellent service and quick turn around time from quote to remove a large tree that was growing in a bad spot. No mess left behind and we didn't need to be home to have it done.
