After move-out, I was charged a $300 mattress replacement fee and a $100 deep cleaning fee. I have timestamped move-out photos showing the mattress and the condition of the unit before I left. Based on those photos, I do not see visible damage requiring mattress replacement. I have formally disputed these charges and requested supporting documentation, including unit-specific inspection photos, the move-out inspection report, and any work order showing why the mattress needed to be replaced. Small living space for quite a high price. Building has very high cleaning standards and a perfect location that can make that price worth it. Very responsive management as well.

This is the best apartment I’ve lived in during my time at school, and my study routine improved a lot while living here. I’m very grateful for this living experience and would sincerely recommend it. I had a really good experience living here. The location is very convenient, especially for students, since it’s very close to campus and only takes a few minutes to walk to school.
