The apartment once had a serious leak that affected my belongings. Two month after I moved out, they charged me $300 for mattress water stain caused by their leak and directly sent it to collection agency without notifying me. It got resolved eventually, but the process was unnecessarily stressful. Make sure to keep all your emails and photo records of any issues if you live here!
