Would not recommend to work with Brad. He did a bad job with listing my property on rent and then we were not happy with his work and wanted to terminate, he started harassing for money and blocked our property from access. I spoke to several realtors and they said no realtor should ask for money to terminate a contract that too in 2 weeks of the contract. We worked with Bradley Upshaw to list our home and he was a real disaster. He somehow convinced us to list with him with tall promises, got the contract signed, and then we figured out it was all fraud. He would do nothing. Had no knowledge of real estate, would not market the property and then started blackmailing to pay him double the amount he would have earned or he would block the property from listing. These people use robo-calls to your cell phone, they called twice in a row like it's an emergency from someone you know. If they are willing to be deceiving to get your business, then how do you think they will behave once they have your business? Please take me off your double calling robo list, and i do not ever want to do business with you.
