Really good service and quick response all the time.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I went to this UPS location for a very simple task with only one person ahead of me, yet I still ended up waiting around 30 minutes. The pace of service was extremely slow, and the staff appeared uninterested, unmotivated, and poorly engaged with customers.
