I’d give this UPS Store 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, and they helped me mail a package to a P.O. Box for the Mississippi Book Festival without any issues. My only suggestion is to better explain what happens when a package is transferred to USPS. I was told that UPS couldn't deliver to a P.O. Box and that the Post Office would take over, but I wasn't told that the package could still be tracked through USPS using the tracking number on my receipt.
