I do every single one of my online purchases at this ups location. Every employee I have interacted with is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the different nuances with online return requirements. This location also has a self serve Amazon drop box thing that you can use if you want. I have never waited longer than 30 seconds because the staff is so efficient. I highly recommend this ups store!
Update. It’s definitely the manager that is just taking advantage of people Every time I go there when he’s not there it’s fine but magically when he’s there everything is double in price. I just paid $3 for 3 labels printed not even a full week ago when he wasn’t there and today he tried to charge me $2.69 for one piece of paper printed.
