Whoever you had closing Oct 20, 2026 may have cost you a loyal customer. Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I came in to ship an oblong package that was securely wrapped in thick brown shipping paper, just like Amazon, Temu, and countless other businesses use and accept every single day without any issues. Great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. They took the time to explain all their services, including shipping, printing, and notary services. The store was clean, organized, and welcoming. Really happy with my experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
