Location is convenient but I haven’t had the best luck trying to use this UPS store. First experience was just a smooth package drop off. Super quick and easy. Second experience I had a happy returns drop off. They said they couldn’t help me because the system was down? Unsure, but no mention on when or if it would be fixed so I just went somewhere else. Not sure why this store has 5*, but my recent experience was quite terrible. I was standing in line behind a customer being served and once done, the lone cashier decides to blatantly ignore me and instead help the latest person to enter the store. I called her out on this and she made some excuse about this one being a faster transaction, which even the new customer refuted. The employee proceeds to help me and 2 seconds later, AGAIN tries to convince me that I need to let her help the other person first and I had to openly... read more
This location was recommended to us when we needed to print flyers for our missing dog. They really came through for us and helped us in our time of need. Those flyers brought our dog home to us! I highly recommend them!
Word cannot describe how nice it is to have a UPS that cares and have great employees. I've worked in the shipping industry before and some branches are just awful. Not here. You'll leave feeling cared for, knowing you have been taken care of and the best feedback was given when asking for advice. Top notch store in all of shipping, not just UPS.
