The employee that I had to deal with there. Employee # 222788. The employee was exceptionally rude to me in both her words, her body language, and the tone of her voice. I brought in an item to be shipped and I had a shipping label did not know that I had to pay for packing materials and a box. Fast and efficient.
The customer service representative Lisa that assisted me today was outstanding.
I will never ship a package here again. The package was never shown as shipped and seemed to somehow get lost. I now have to go through hoops to possibly get my refund. Even though I have a receipt that proves this package was dropped off 18 days ago. Horrible.
This store has double their prices in just two days and could not explain the difference. All items were the same, the state was the same and the price two day ago was $18 and today $36.
