In my opinion this store and its management are frauds. They sold one year post box service and could / would never supply a post box key. So you have to go in and ask if there is any mail and they would go rummage through the back and say no. Even when you know that mail was sent. Then they announce they are shutting down and no refunds for prepaid post box. 9 months remaining. Instead you can transfer to another ups store a few miles away in. If the other UPS stores in the valley are owned by the same people…. Run away.
Although they supposedly open at 8:30 am, there was no one there until 10:30 am on 4/11/24. The guy was surly and unapologetic. I have gotten good service at the FedEx location in the Avon Walmart. I suggest you go there.
Says on the door they are no longer able to ship or accept packages. Also, the open hours are way off
Not open when they say they will be, don’t answer the phone, and when I stopped in with a drop off package they told me they simply can’t take it? I already had the prepaid label and everything. Disappointing.
Edwards store was closed during business hours like always, so I drove here for them to tell me the system is broken and they can’t take packages. Then they shut the doors at 130 behind me closing for the day. UPS in vail area is a complete failure.
