I paid $103 to ship a package on Saturday for guaranteed next-business-day delivery by 12 PM Monday. Not only did it arrive almost 8 HOURS LATE at 7:50 PM Monday, but UPS is now straight-up lying about it! I called UPS customer support THREE TIMES, and every time they admitted it was late and said I was eligible for a refund. They told me to call back during business hours on Tuesday to process it.
