If I could give them a 0/5 I would. The employee was super rude he didn’t say a single word to me he was on his phone the entire time I was in the store. He just couldn’t get off his phone for the minute I was in the store completing my return

I forgot an item at this location, and had been searching high and low for it at home and in my car! I came back two weeks later and the guys from the store had put it aside and saved it for me! Wow!! Not many people would have bothered to do so!!! The Customer service in here is exquisite. They are always so friendly and welcoming! This is for sure my favorite UPS location to visit. Thanks for being so cool, guys!
