They go out of their way to make easier for the customers. I will never go any where else.
I have had four different boxes at different locations over the years. I have always been happy with these experiences. Early in 2024, this (Bloomingdale , IL - Lake Street) was a new location and much closer to my home so I decided to "move" to this location. I have since moved and even though I don't live nearby, I recently renewed my box because they are very pleasant and helpful.
They offered expert advice, provided test prints, and ensured everything was aligned perfectly to my expectations. Turnaround time was remarkably quick, yet the staff never compromised on quality or care. Communication throughout the process reassured me, and they addressed every concern or question I had with a solutions-oriented approach.
If I could give them a 0/5 I would. The employee was super rude he didn’t say a single word to me he was on his phone the entire time I was in the store. He just couldn’t get off his phone for the minute I was in the store completing my return
