The associate who helped me was very friendly and professional, helpful and kind. When I walked out, I told my daughter, who was with me, that this type of customer service is hard to come by unfortunately. Since Covid customer helpfulness is really lacking but not today at this UPS store.
Pleasant and helpful staff. I do almost all of my Amazon returns here and I’m usually out the door within minute or two as they are quick and attentive.
I’ve had Bee at the UPS Falls Pointe, Raleigh, assist me the past few times I’ve come in. Bee has been incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. Great customer service!
The young lady, Sasha, who waited on me and some of the other persons was extremely personable, professional and helpful. She guided an older gentleman through getting something notarized. He was really dependent on her for help and she did so without sacrificing his dignity. There were some teenagers in the establishment who left the chairs everywhere.
