Very slow. Fax appartely couldn’t go through. The person just walked off. Not great customer service. After 15 , after the initial state I could sit and wait. It still hadn’t gotten through. No one checked with me. 30 minutes for one fax! Then I had to verify the AA card. Military discount she stated didn’t exist!
Steve and Jaspar gave great customer service! Came in 10 minutes before closing to get a bunch of documents notarized. They were willing to stay a little late (10 minutes past close) to help me with all the paperwork. They were friendly, patient and respectful the entire time. Don't see that a lot these days.
Had a lackluster experience today with notarizing a form. The rep that entered my waiver (S) was pleasant and greeted me. However the notary (A) was less-than-pleasant... No greeting. she reviewed form and, with noted irritation, said "you already signed it." I acknowledged- definitely my fault. She suggested that we reprint the form; great! Willing to pay. Amanda was a tremendous help, explaining to me how to make my returns nice and easy. I greatly appreciate all her help and look forward to working with her again.
Amanda is wonderful. She is the assistant manager and should definitely run the store. She is a problem solver with a calm demeanor and knows how to turn a bad situation into a positive experience. She even followed up a week later.
