The staff is totally amazing. Spencer Turpin is the best manager. Always so willing to help and always has a smile. I mail packages here but today I am getting something notarized. Would not go to any other UPS store .
Lazy people work here. Avoid this store and don’t give them business. Called when heading there - got there 2 mins after store closed. Wouldn’t let me in. Even though I was told I can.
I decided to use this location today after a previous negative experience at another location and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Steve truly went above and beyond to help my husband and I send out our Christmas presents. We had a TON of stuff to send to 5 different addresses and Steve never once made us feel like an inconvenience. He was extremely helpful in packaging our items in a way that would keep them safe while also saving us money. I will be exclusively using this location in the future!
In regards to ease of packaging and shipping, this location is amazing! I brought unpackaged items and they were processed and ready to be shipped in less than five minutes. They were very transparent about pricing and helped me find the best option for shipping. ON ANOTHER NOTE THEY ARE INCREDIBLY KIND STAFF and helped me recover a lost AirPod that had fallen inside of the front desk.
