Response to owner reply: 1. International shipping price difference between you and USPS has always been in the multi-hundreds but for same insurance and delivery window, I'll go with USPS. 2. The fact that employees can't check ahead of time if international shipping is down or not without having to go through the whole 20-30 minute shipment set up process is either a failure of the UPS system OR something employees shouldn't wait to check till the very end. Store seems fine for employees and function, but pricing is insane. International package was going to cost $700+ with UPS, no cheaper option available. Took it to USPS instead, same insured value, same delivery window, and it was $115... I'll still use them for domestic out of convenience but I'll happily wait in line at USPS for that international price difference.
