Never been to a UPS store that wasn't busy just standing around and made people stand in a line to use the kiosk. Then had an attitude when they needed to help.
Once AGAIN, the store is not open as posted. 0900, lights off and doors locked. I wasn't the only one that came and went. 0910 the store opened and the gentlemen was very friendly. I had emailed the store and received a response that there was traffic delay.
