⭐ Extremely Poor Customer Service and Terrible Organization This UPS Store is absolutely awful. Every single time I have visited, there has been a shortage of registers and/or employees available to assist customers. The setup is incredibly inefficient and frustrating. If you need to ship a package, you have to stand in one line, but if you are returning a package, you have to stand in a completely separate line. Dear UPS I encourage you to pay your workers more so that they will work on Sundays. Until then you might as well update your hours online to say that you’re closed. As much as I enjoy packing up packages in my car and driving here to see a sign like this in person. I’d like to avoid that in the future.

Very unprofessional atmosphere. When I walked into the store, employees were on their phones, rap music was playing, and there was a child present behind the counter. It felt more like a personal hangout than a professional business. I expected a more welcoming and professional environment from a UPS Store. Management should really address this.

If you know how it works, their system for Amazon returns is quick and easy. On the other hand, they're often closed when the hours say they should be open. Oh well.

Rude counter service if they pick their heads up from their phones. Notary doesn't work every day and when they do, it's a two hour window. Why bother? When they say "world class", they mean THIRD WORLD CLASS
