I would give a zero if I could. I shipped a computer from this location. Paid for a box and the manager stated they would box the computer before shipping it out. They put the shipping sticker on the computer and shipped it without a box. When speaking to the manager she blatantly lied saying it was boxed. Upon speaking to the Piqua facility location it went to after leaving the Troy store they advised that this is how the computer was shipped. Had a great experience at the Troy location! Yan is the new owner and she was very kind. Nate and Maggie and Kennedy were also so helpful and pleasure to talk to!
Live in Piqua and trying to figure out Troy Sunday hours/ open.....no answer of phone call but review and inform indicates yes ..received a call informing they were open as posted. Thanks
Why can’t I call and speak with a human? It would’ve been easier for me to drive to the store than deal with the stupid AI bot.
Needed to get a return shipped out today and the Store is closed for remodeling!!! Grrrrrrr!!!!!
