I would give a zero if I could. I shipped a computer from this location. Paid for a box and the manager stated they would box the computer before shipping it out. They put the shipping sticker on the computer and shipped it without a box. When speaking to the manager she blatantly lied saying it was boxed. Upon speaking to the Piqua facility location it went to after leaving the Troy store they advised that this is how the computer was shipped. When going in person to the Troy UPS store the manager said it’s not her problem ... read more
