Every time I come in to do a return at the U.P.S Store by UD..On Wayne ave.the staff and manager are always there to help me iam never in there long..and even if it is busy they always make sure to get everyone in and out if you have any questions about a fax or a barcode shipment they are always positive and Accurate..and I do appreciate it the quality of everyone customer service...thank you...
Terrible service. Made and confirmed an appointment for a notary via the UPS website for a very time sensitive matter. Arrived at the store only the scheduled day and time only to be told that the notary had called in sick that day. Very defensive employee and refused to assist with contacting other UPS stores because ‘we’re all independently owned. No apology.
This UPS Store has quick service without having to walk to the back of a large store like Staples or Kohl's to do Amazon returns.
They ALWAYS make it easy at this location.
