Everytime I come in here the representatives are so kind and nice. Also offering amazing advice and service.
Just dropped off 2 Amazon returns at the Whipp Rd. Store in Centerville, Ohio. Shai greeted me, asked what I needed, scanned my returns, handed me my receipt and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes. Actually, the whole store seemed to be rockin' and rollin' and the customer service was over and above! Thank you!
Always quick and efficient. I go out of my way to go to this location for the great service.
This location has really gone down hill over the past year. New management is rude and puts up attitude when you deny their services. Unexpected charges made things worse - only after calling them out on the illegality of charging a customer without their knowledge of a change in policy or unsolicited service did they not charge for package holding. The only reason they have more than one star from me is the location is not bad for Amazon returns and courtesy post office mailing.
