Several times I have used the Washington Square store location. Each time, I was helped by Lysander. I believe he is an asset both to the franchise and UPS as a whole. He answers all questions, receives my input info efficiently and, completes transactions quickly and with a genuine smile. If I were still in business, I would make him a job offer.
